Who we are...

FPC Youth is energetic and relational. Building on our foundation of FPC Kids, our goal is provide an authentic community where young people can discover what it means to be passionate followers of Jesus Christ in our increasingly secular world. Through interactive lessons, activities, bible study, and group discussions, we will learn to listen to what God is doing in our midst.

What we believe...

At FPC, we believe firmly that students are not the Church of the future. Rather, they are the Church of today. Student ministry does not function on its own apart from the rest of the church. Instead, it plays a vital and active role in the worship and ministry of the Church.  Students are not just followers. They are leaders and innovators that enable our community to live out their faith.

What we do...

Sunday morning is just the tip of the iceberg as we challenge students to explore and live out their faith. We provide ongoing opportunities for students to put their faith into practice locally, regionally, and globally as a part of a community of believers who are intentional about serving and loving people.

We meet on Wednesday nights from 7-8:30 to enjoy the good gifts of food and friendship, and we look at how following Jesus impacts students in their day to day lives.

Mentorship and Guidance...

Our team of leaders and volunteers are committed to cultivating authentic welcoming community for all students. We take seriously the call to be mentors who are consistent and connected with students in the midst of their often chaotic lives. Disciples of Jesus Christ don’t just happen. They are developed slowly and carefully and we are committed to the slow faithful work of God that brings about transformation and produces fruit.

37 Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38 Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.
